As a Quartermaster I wanted software that would document our finances, manage our membership and print the reports. I really didn't like making out those reports. So I programmed software that would do what we wanted done. We offer FREE Quartermaster Software for the Veterans of Foreign Wars Posts. Our software is easy to use and does not require bookkeeping knowledge. You can change or delete anything without doing reversing entries. Quartermaster Software will print all required VFW reports, ie. Monthly Receipts and Disbursements and Quarterly Trustees Report. In addition it will print an Income Statement (Profit and Loss) which is a very good report based on accounts instead of funds. Business Accounting Software is for those who may have a small business and would like free business software. |
